Commuter Jazz: Del Camino in Oozells Square
August 8, 2008 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm Symphony’s Hall popular rush hour blues gigs are moving outside for summer. Come and chill out with some cool jazz in the sunny atmosphere of Brindleyplace.
On August 8th in Oozells Square Del Camino will be appearing from 17.30-19.00. The great Latin band always generate a great vibe and get people dancing!

Urban Beach Event at Centenary Square
August 13, 2008 to August 17, 2008 The beach volleyball comes to Broad Street again this year - alongside, for the first time, Beach Rugby. Rugby will take place on the 13th and 14th, with the volleyball taking place on the 15th, 16th and 17th.

On August 15th at City Inn, Tom Hill’s StraitJackets will be appearing from 17.30-19.00. Bass player Tom Hill leads a great quintet with music influenced by the Yellowjackets.

On August 22nd in Oozells Square Steve and Ian Palmer and Friends will be appearing from 17.30-19.00. Two great drummers who are members of the Palmer drum family, with guest including Phil Bond on keys and Tom Hill on bass.
