Julie Walters to be celebrated on Walk of Stars
Actress Julie Walters CBE, star of Mamma Mia! and Harry Potter, will be in Birmingham on Tuesday October 27 2009 to accept her accolade on Broad Street’s ‘Walk of Stars’.
The much-loved star of stage and screen will be welcomed by an audience of special guests at the city’s Repertory Theatre in Centenary Square, where she will receive her award from Birmingham Lord Mayor Councillor Michael Wilkes.
Black Country-born Julie is the latest Midland celebrity to be honoured on Birmingham’s Golden Mile.
