Banksy comes to Number Nine The Gallery!

Coming up at Number Nine The Gallery…..

From now until 12th May visit the 3 B’s - Banksy, Brindleyplace, Birmingham!

The show of Banksy originals is a huge coup for Number Nine - to date almost all of Banksy’s work has been shown and sold in London. Two of his early pieces, Grenade and Drums, and Sid Vicious 100% punk have found their new home at Number Nine and will now remain their until sold. The pieces, are painted on doors of a truck and were both reportedly painted during the Glastonbury Festival in 1998 where they featured in the Dance Tent. Until now they have been homed in an articulated lorry trailer owned by a family in Norfolk which was dismantled earlier this year. This is certainly a show you don’t want to miss!

Following this May sees a show of Curwen Royal Academy prints celebrating the most famous hand printed artworks from the last 50 years with artists including Henry Moore, Elizabeth Frink, and Mary Feddon.
